KOCH Construction Limited is a Kenyan Incorporated Company since 2008. Company was registered as Sokor Engineers & Contractors Limited thereafter the name was changed to KOCH Construction Limited in 2019.KOCH Construction Limited is the new re-branded name of Sokor Engineers and Contractors .
KOCH provides best construction solutions in Residential and Commercial Projects by having massive experience in Construction sector over many years. Due to effective and efficient planning system , KOCH differentiate itself from the other firms in the market as based on this expertise. Due to this tenure the company has been awarded by National Construction Authority with NCA1 certificate which allows KOCH to enroll over USD10m Projects in the country.
Additionally, KOCH's senior team has managed projects in Kenya , other East African countries, Middle East and Turkey with very valuable Projects.
We in principle joined hands with a company called Binova Yapi Construction firm in Turkey to potentially partner for low cost house projects in East Africa market. This partnership essentially targets for 500 units and above capacities.
