Two of Anderson’s own developments have been shortlisted for a total of six of the industry’s most coveted awards.
Carpenters Wharf, a block of 44 apartments overlooking the former Olympic stadium in London, has been shortlisted by the Housebuilder Awards for Best Design of four storeys or more and by the London Construction Awards for Best Architectural Design. The scheme is also up for consideration in both awards for Best Marketing Initiative for the collateral provided by Jack Renwick Studios.
Meanwhile, Anderson’s joint venture with L&Q at The Quarry in Erith has been shortlisted by the Housebuilder Awards for Best Design for three storeys or fewer and Best Regeneration by the London Construction Awards.
Anderson Managing Director Andrew Jay said: “This is a great testament to the hard work of our team and reflects our dynamic and unique approach to developing our own sites, listening and responding to the needs of local communities where we operate.”
The winning entries will be announced for the London Construction Awards on October 23 and the Housebuilder Awards on November 1.
